When I drive to work in the morning, I am excited and happy. In our office, everyone is very happy, positive, and cheery. Since I am that exact type of person, it fuels me and provides me with endless energy. My coworkers at NJFAC are considered my family and I even get many hugs from them throughout the day! The staff is supportive and are willing to drop anything they are doing to help me and I appreciate it immensely. I know that without them, I could not do my job. Dr.Margolin is the best boss/owner you could imagine, he lets me operate with full autonomy and also provides helpful advice when asked. I have learned a lot from him, almost an entirely separate education I did not know I was lacking. I am lucky enough to work in a practice that lets me also pursue other passions of mine including wound care, teaching, and research.
Dr. Hennessy is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and he has an additional certification in Foot and Ankle Arthroscopy. He began his education at Auburn University where he received a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Hennessy then obtained his Doctorate from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where Allopathic and Podiatric candidates work together as they pursue their degrees. He completed his residency at Atlantic Health System, which encompasses 3 major medical centers, primarily Morristown Medical Center. Dr. Hennessy served as Chief Resident during his training. As such, he was responsible for management of junior residents, lecturing on various educational topics, and moderating surgical skills labs. He still maintains an educational appointment at Morristown Medical Center and holds regular conferences with the residents and their rotating students. Dr. Hennessy joined New Jersey Foot and Ankle Centers in early 2015, where he has the pleasure of working with the best staff and patients in the state. Dr. Hennessy takes a conservative approach to his treatment but has extensive surgical training and employs it as necessary. Dr. H spends his free time with his beautiful wife and daughter and tries to sneak in a round of golf here and there.

I've been working for Dr. Margolin for about three and a half years now and can't imagine working anywhere else. At the end of every work day I leave with the feeling that I have gained some insight into something new. I enjoy working with Dr. Margolin because he values my opinions and ideas and always makes me feel like I have made a valuable contribution to the practice. New Jersey Foot and Ankle Center's Community Outreach Team is here to help you. We coordinate our doctors speaking engagements on the "Common Causes of Foot Problems" at senior centers, hospitals, corporations and other community organizations. We collect over 15,000 pairs of shoes annually in our Shoes for the Needy Drive. We hold food drives at supermarkets and donate the food to local food pantries. We also do frequent fundraisers for various causes, like animal shelters, children's hospitals, cancer societies, and much more. Lastly, we provide educational materials from the Foundation for a Drug-Free World. If there is anything we can do for you, your family or any organization you are a part of, please let us know how we can help because you've got a foot doctor in the family!"
